Owner Tony Rika became a pizza chef at the age of 16 in Rome, Italy and later honed his skills at iconic neighborhood pizza institutions in New York City—Seven Brothers in Brooklyn, Angelo’s in Little Italy, and Ray’s in Manhattan. Tony is now passing down the art of hand-tossed New York style pizza to the next generation.
